CS-600B Auto-Chemistry Analyzer
1. General characteristics
- Analysis rate: 600 tests/h (double/single reagent) or 800 tests/h with ISE.
- Simultaneous analysis item: 88 colorimetric items and 3 ISE items (K, Na, Cl optional)
- Sample position: 115 sample positions, including 50 routine sample positions, 20 STAT positions, 34 calibration positions, 8 QC positions, 3 detergent positions. Continuously cooling at calibration and QC positions to keep 5~15˚ C within 24 hours.
- Reaction cuvette: 120 positions optical plastic cup, optical diameter is 6mm.
2. Mechanical system for suctioning samples / chemicals:
- 3 separate needles, one for samples, two for chemicals. The suction needles are polished using nanotechnology, minimizing cross-contamination.
- Automatic liquid level detection: The needle automatically detects the liquid level, ensuring the needle enters the liquid at the perfect depth and minimizing contamination on the needle surface.
- 3 separate syringes, one for samples, two for chemicals. Syringe is made of long-life ceramic piston, ensuring accurate sample collection and low maintenance costs.
- 3 suction needles have anti-collision function, self-resetting, and automatic suction of samples and chemicals.
- Smart clog detection: the pump line has a pressure sensor that can detect clogs. The pump line has a high-pressure washing function to clear clogs, ensuring accurate suction volume.
- Dehydration technology: the analyzer has a special dehydration device to remove gas in the pipeline, ensuring fast and accurate sample aspiration.
- Automatically detects sample volume, remaining reagent volume and corresponding test number. The machine has a warning when the volume is not enough to continue testing.
- Needle washing: high pressure washing inside the needle and with continuously flowing water outside.
The needle has the function of detecting blockage.
3. The reaction cuvette is washed automatically
- 7 stations with 11 steps, washed with warm water, ensuring complete cleanliness.
- Vacuum drainage, washing with warm water and specialized detergent help enhance cleaning ability.
4. QC and calibration function
- Linear and non-linear calibration, set with time, reagent lot number... with flexible calibration method.
- 9 types of calibration curves meet a variety of analytical requirements.
- Six different calibration levels can be used for each test.
- Has a calibration query function, plotting the trend of the calibrated K value, helping to minimize system errors.
- QC on demand and monthly QC, ensuring the machine operates in the best conditions.
- QC rules: default to Westgard rules.
- QC chart: automatically draw and print QC, L-J and Cumulative charts, double charts.
- Automatically stores causes of machine out of control and primary data, helping to manage quality in the QC lab.
