CS-T240 Auto-Chemistry Analyzer

1. General characteristics:

  • Discrete, colorimetry speed 240 T/H (singer/double reagent)
  • Rear spectrophotometry of holographic concave flat field grating, cluster-optical path, realizing micro volume detection of reaction solution.
  • 60nm polished probe, liquid level detection and collision protection
  • Automatic digital liquid level detection, stable perfomance, reducing contamination carried by probe surface
  • Multiple function sample & reagent disk, sample position and reagent possition, users defined by probe surface
  • LIS/HIS interface, supporting remove maintenance

2. Mechanical system of sample needle (probe) and chemicals:

  • Automatically cleans suction needles both inside and out with nano treatment technology, minimizing cross-contamination.
  • Automatic liquid level detection: reduces contact between needle and chemical, minimizing cross-contamination through the probe.
  • Syringe (pump) with ceramic piston has precision and long life, ensuring accurate sample collection and limited maintenance.
  • The probe has an anti-collision system, self-resetting, and automatic re-absorption of samples and reagents.
  • Automatically dilute samples 3 – 115 times.
  • There is a device to remove air bubbles in the suction needle to ensure that the probe suctions quickly and accurately.
  • Automatically detects sample volume, reagent volume and remaining test time. There is a warning when the volume is not enough to conduct the test.
  • Washing the suction needle: high pressure washing for the inside, and rinsing with continuously flowing water for the outside.

 

3. Optical system

  • Grating wavelength. Spectrophotometric monochrome optical system with diffraction grid, minimizing the influence of external light sources on the accuracy of results.
  • Photospot technology (pixel identification), saving chemicals.
  • Water cooling method, long-life halogen lamp.

 

4. Multi-functional sample and chemical tray with cooling device.

  • The reagent and sample share one disk, totally 67 positions. Use-defined proportion of reagent position and sample position.
  • The reagent position can be used for 20ml, 70ml or 100ml cuvettes

 

5. Stirring system

  • The surface of the stirring rod is coated with Telfon to avoid suspension in the liquid and reduce cross-contamination. The stirrer has a "paddle" design and uses a rolling stirring style.

 

6. Thermostat device for reaction cuvette

  • Thermostat device uses water, automatically changes water and adds washing solution. The reaction cuvette is immersed in hot water to help heat the sample cup and reduce the influence of ambient temperature


7. Washing station:

  • Automatic washing: 8 stations, 12 steps, two repetitions with warm water and detergent.
